How to Heal from a Broken Heart

One night while I was lying in bed, and everything was quiet, I struggled to sleep. I  sensed a deep pain in the middle of my chest. It wasn’t physical, but emotional. I prayed, “Lord, what is the pain I feel in my chest?”

I heard the Lord respond to my spirit, “You have a broken heart, many people don’t receive me because their heart is broken. But I came to bind up the broken hearted. Ask me to bind up yours.”  The scripture from Isaiah 61:1 proclaiming what our Savior came to do, flooded my mind:
The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, Because the Lord has anointed meTo bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners; Isaiah 61:1
I immediately prayed, “Lord Jesus, please bind up my heart where it is broken!” Within  seconds the inner pain left. Since then, I have prayed for numerous people, asking Jesus to bind up their heart where it is broken!
Is your heart broken? Have you been betrayed? Been through a divorce? A miscarriage? The death of a loved one? Job loss? Rejection? Elongated sickness? If you need healing, read the following scripture, and pray the prayer asking the Lord to bind up your heart everywhere it has been broken! Please read the scripture and pray the prayer out loud, because Romans 10:17 says; Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. When you hear the word of God, it increases your faith!
