I know personally, what it feels like to have unanswered prayers. To have loved ones betray you. To have someone you thought was your friend, stab you in the back.
To go though an unfair trial. To be raped, to be molested, to be beaten, to be stolen from. To be cheated on, to go through a divorce. To have job losses and financial battles you did not know were coming. To go through infertility when you desperately prayed to conceive. To be diagnosed with a disease (more than once!) To be 100 lbs. overweight and completely disgusted with yourself!
To have someone die, you asked God to heal. I know what bitter envy is. To be so angry you cannot see straight. And to have to hold it all inside, wondering, where is God?
Is there bitter envy rooted in your heart? Causing God’s love to be stagnate moving through you? Read James 3:13-18:
Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by good conduct that his works are done in the meekness of wisdom. But if you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts, do not boast and lie against the truth. This wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic. For where envy and self-seeking exist, confusion and every evil thing are there. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace. James 3:13-18 NKJV
I also know like James 3:13 says, BITTER ENVY will BLIND you from the TRUTH. Instead of life getting better for you, it will get worse! Instead of seeing where God IS moving in your life, you hold on to what you cannot change, and what you may not understand until you are in heaven.
Here is Strong’s Biblical Definitions of Bitter Envy From James 3:
Bitter: (G4089-Pikros) Hard, sharp, as piercing through something.
Envy: (G2205-Zelos)-Zeal, pursuing, fierceness of indignation, contentious rivalry, jealousy.
When bitter envy comes, it PIERCES through your heart. You may try to hide it, but it will ALWAYS come out. Through your words, through your actions. Through your addictions, you think no one knows about!
But, God knows everything, sees everything, and is willing to forgive, heal, restore, if you ask!
There is no reason to hold on to your past! You have a wonderful future, if you CHOOSE to follow the HOLY SPIRIT. But it is YOUR CHOICE whether or not you do this! Would you like Jesus Christ to heal you, and remove callouses off your heart?
Then please read the following scriptures out loud (faith comes by hearing! Romans 10:17) and then pray! Every situation the Holy Spirit reveals to you, that has caused this bitterness, ask him to heal you!

PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, I come boldly before you in the name of your son Jesus Christ. I ask you to forgive me of all my sins, including submitting to bitter envy. I lift up to you every unjust, unfair event that has happened to me, including (name off everything the Holy Spirit shows you!). I choose to FORGIVE (name people involved) who hurt me. I ask you Heavenly Father, to grant me justice in the situations I named. I ask right now you immediately remove all bitter envy out of me. I ask in exchange, your Holy Spirit fills me with your peace and wisdom. Amen!
